Thar Solar Park Phase 1

Thar Solar Park Phase 1 is a landmark utility-scale solar project located in the Tharparkar district of Sindh, Pakistan. The project spans over 1,200 acres and utilizes Centauri's advanced selenium solar modules. Key features include: (1) Single-axis tracking system for 25% increased energy yield, (2) Grid interconnection via 132kV transmission line, (3) SCADA-based remote monitoring system, (4) 25-year PPA with NTDC. The project was completed in record 18 months and now powers approximately 200,000 households while offsetting 450,000 tons of CO2 annually.
